I applied online. I interviewed at Uber (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
There were two interviews, the first being a basic phone screen and the second was cultural assessment and then a mock pitch. The first interview was short at about 15 minutes just to get a sense of who I was, and then next was a more organized interview where I had to prepare beforehand based off of a prompt they gave me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They gave you a scenario of a restaurant you would be pitching to and the context, and you had to do your research to figure out how to maneuver through the pitch and close the deal.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Chicago, IL) in May 2026
Interview
A lengthy process but essentially your standard 3 interview process. First one is with a recruiter, second is with the hiring manager, and third is in person with hiring manager and someone else on the team. They do a good job provided as much prep info
Apply for the position
Assessment - super easy- took about 20 minutes
Phone call with recruiter
45 minute interview with manager
Final in person interview
This process took around 2-3 weeks
Good, but long. Multiple rounds and had to do a presentation all to not take the job but still good people and I’d actually consider applying for future roles. This was for Uber Eats.
