Interview
Three stage process. First a phone interview, next a creative exercise and following that a face to face interview. Phone interview is short and covers basic questions and quickly runs through your CV. Creative exercise is short, needs to be completed within a day. Face to face interview is similar to the phone one but longer.

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round
