Bad overall experience, was headhunted to interview with this company but they dropped off without even explaining why. After that, I received a few other messages from other personnel inviting me to interview, and once again no follow up. This happened a few times, so not sure what their objective was.

The interviews were okay, overall not too difficult, was mostly asked basic questions you'd find in other interviews. The interview process included an assessment test once you go through a couple of steps to showcase your skills.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Uber (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2023

Super smooth process, they did not waste any time or set any unrealistic expectations. First was a screening, then a portfolio was shared and lastly the round with the manager.
