Question 1
The HR interview was standard, with questions about general fit for the role and motivation. The interview with the hiring managers took place in a pleasant atmosphere. They were looking for someone with a good understanding of B2B, and the main part of the discussion focused on optimization models. There were questions about project management and basic SQL knowledge.
Thorough, 3+ months and several loops, a take home case that you present in front of a panel and Q&A. Lots of behavioral questions and detailed in the trees questions from the hiring team

What type of metrics did you use to understand retention and growth with your experiment?
I've reached only first round of interview with hiring manager. She was friendly and explained me the stages. But I felt that I am not going to the next round of interviews.
