Interview started and HR did not even present herself and did not even say "Hi". She just started saying something like "Today we're interviewing for this role, correct?"

Tell me a time you had to work with international colleagues on a project
It was straightforward, have taken 1 hour however no feedback was given after the interview even though I have asked to the Hr by e-mailing. I would expect at least a reason for rejection after spending an hour.
This is AMSTERDAM Review: The interviews were extensive starting with hiring manager and than with several teams. Was given a offer but the process after verbal offer was long and there is a constant pressure from recruiter about the salary, terms, conditions, start date and remote working. Even though there are data points online for same position salary, however was unfortunately low bowled. Would be better to have colleagues at same level working around similar compensation. Also, the process from verbal offer to written offer was long.

Recruiters were pushy on given salary by them, other smaller criteria such as remote working or start date. would be good to have some flexibility.

interview , process was flawless and very friendly , the recruitment team was very help. Following up post every interview to ensure the message was passed on to me and kept the positive motion in play.
