They try to train you for the job role through the interviews. They will have a mock call interview in the last interview stage where they will take a mock call to see if you can deal with a client before getting the job.

This process took around 2-3 weeks
Good, but long. Multiple rounds and had to do a presentation all to not take the job but still good people and I’d actually consider applying for future roles. This was for Uber Eats.
