I applied online. I interviewed at Uber in Nov 2020
Interview
Just finished my second round interview and wanted to warn any potential candidates. Two phone interviews, no behavioral content and no information about the interviewers beforehand - the entire interview was a coding challenge. Extremely non-transparent interview process, and recruiters only engage with me to schedule more interviews. No clarity on how the process is moving forward or what the placement process looks like. Great place if you want no sense of autonomy in your internship and just want the "Big N" tech name.
All in all, the interview gives you no chance to differentiate yourself as a candidate or learn about the company

Interview
It was a Zoom call. The coding was made in CodeSignal. The interview consisted of the interviewer telling me about himself, then asking a few questions about me, then a coding challenge and finally some time for me to ask him some questions about the company.
I had 3 interviews and they were not too bad! Most of them were very kind and helped guide me through the questions, and all of them were women. We also spoke about ERGs at the company and the day to day dynamics of working at the company
