Uber Logistics Manager interview questions

First (day 1) was a 30 minute HR interview, pretty standard screening. Second (day 4) was a 2 hour analytics test. Mix of using data to answer multiple choice questions and free-form answers. There are online courses that help with this which are pretty accurate. Microsoft also has an online Pivot Table/ Data Analysis class using Excel which is also helpful. Next was an interview with the hiring manager (day 9). I did not get past this step, mainly because I did not have a good answer for the data question. If I had passed, I would have moved on to the panel interview.
