Uber Logistics and Operations Manager interview questions

The process began when a recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. After an initial online screening, I had a second interview with the Hiring Manager. During that conversation, she identified a better fit for me in a different vacancy and invited me to pivot to that role. I was then assigned a case study with a one-week deadline. I presented the case to a panel and was offered the job the next week

There will be a few early screen rounds around standard fit interviews. The main interview portion is the take home assessment where you have to present to a panel of the team. The hardest part is catching or answering the nuances of the issues they present beyond just the straightforward answer to the question.
