Long drawn process with multiple rounds of interviews - phone, in person and presentations. Last round is an extensive presentation to a panel. Be careful of how many ideas and details you include.

The interviewer asked for your self introduction while he ran through your resume. After that, he would ask you interesting points or relative points regarding to your resume. Then there were some Uber questions, for example, how do you like Uber, have you ever taken a ride with Uber, what do you think the next big move should be. At last, the interviewer asked something about the ability to work under great pressure, since Uber people are all super talented and multitasked all the time. They want to know how well you handle work load and pressure, and thus predicting how long you would stay with them if they gave you the job.
