I applied online. They contacted me for a Skype interview, then I took the exam, then had 2 more Skype interviews. The position was put on hold for a couple of months. They contacted me again for another round of interviews. The "first" was a Telephone call where the Senior recruiter cal me 30 minutes after the hour, basic questions, and told me I had to take a 2 hour exam, which I had already took...She hadn´t even read my cv or anything about me.
Then had another Skype with someone from another country.
And then received a rejection email.
So, even If they had made an offer and I am not sure I had accepted, the whole process was a mess and really unprofessional. If someone from the HR team is reading this, you should take in consideration that you are interviewing people...not machines. The candidate is require to know everything about the company they are trying to get in, but the company should take the time to read about the candidate, how can you figure out if the candidate is good for the company if you don´t take the time to do your job.
Treat someone the way you want to be treated. This is what makes the difference between a simple company and a extraordinary company.
