The process took longer than 4 weeks. You start with submitting resume and do quick phone interview with HR. Then you need to finish an 2hr analytical test, which needs some preparation and insights into the company's operations. Then, you get to talk to the peer ops manager and senior ops manager. After that, you interview with GM of Uber. Finally, you get to talk to the regional manager of Uber. During the very first interview, the questions are mainly case-based. But for later rounds, the interviewer will ask you 50% case and 50% behavioral questions.
