Question 1
How are you going to scale supply? Assume that you have to get 100 drivers in a new city, how do you get them? What about next 1000?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Washington, DC) in Mar 2014
Interview
Multiple interviews, one with HR, a few managers, a timed excel test, and then in person with more managers and eventually the GM. They really are particular about who they hire and want to make sure you are really invested in the company. The people who work at Uber LOVE Uber.
