Interview
1st round: Phone call with HR
2nd round: Phone screen by Hiring Manager
3rd round: Writing assessment (submitted a ppt)
4th round: 4 interviews of half an hour each by team members and then a follow-up by the recruiter where I was told that I would hear back from them in a week's time. (In my case, there was no discussion about the ppt)
The process was pretty fast BUT I have been ghosted after the final interview. HR didn't respond to my emails for few days and has been delaying the call with me(so unprofessional!).
Finally, one day HR called to tell me that they hired another candidate.

It was straightforward and the interview process was communicated clearly from the get-go.

Interview
I cannot believe I am going to be one sharing story about how Uber ghosted me too. After an initial interview with the hiring manager, I was moved to the panel interview. The panel liked me and I received positive feedback from them. The recruiter was supposed to be back in a week with the feedback but there was just no show. I am not sure what went wrong. But I urge all the recruiters to please share feedback no matter positive or negative.
