I applied for the Community Support position. I was quickly contacted, maybe a day or two later and asked to complete a test. The test was pretty easy since I have extensive experience in customer support and was moved forward to the next step, a Skype interview.
The recruiter was 5 minute late and the Skype interview was such a waste of my time. The interviewer didn't seem interested in my background at all and couldn't answer any of my questions. Also, from the minute I answered the video call, I could tell I wasn't going to get the job. She seemed uncomfortable when she saw me.
She didn't make me want the job. It lasted about 10 minutes so have not much to say except that she wasn't a good interviewer.
On a side note, I am really happy I read all the reviews on here. I applied for a Community Operations Manager job with them as well but some of the reviews really make me question if I should go through with the application (granted they'd contact me). The reviews are definitely really helpful.
