Uber Sales Associate interview questions

Went through 3 rounds for a sales associate position. The first was a foundation meeting where expectations from both sides were laid out. The second was an informal meeting with the potential manager. The third was a case study meeting. Through the first 2 everything seemed to be going fine. Within the case Study itself, Although I used tools I had learned at previous sales job, I was ultimately rejected for not using their core selling strategies (Which were to be taught during a 6 week training course.) Overall I thought it was great interview practice but wish they laid out expectations/information on sale techniques they expected.

They gave me an initial screening call. Took about 20 minutes to see if I was a good fit. They scheduled an interview with a manager. Once I had that interview, they setup 3 interviews with 3 different managers. The three interviews all happened in one day.
