Uber UberX Driver interview questions

Going to the inspection center, providing documentation (Driver's License), registration, insurance and getting the car inspected. Ask any questions you have about driving for Uber and provide any missing or incorrect information from your online application. I was a little disturbed that some driver's had people translating for them in English (considering that you will be driving people around who speak English). The interview (for lack of a better term) is just to ensure that you are who you say you are and match the identity of the person who applied. They will hire anyone who has a clean record. I was told by multiple people that they've streamlined the process and don't even do a comprehensive background check anymore (I don't believe that because it would be insane and put Uber in serious legal/PR disadvantages in the future), but it could be possible. Retention is a problem and they are paying huge bonuses to recommend people to become drivers.
