I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline in Oct 2015
Interview
Fairly brief interview. Fairly standard interview. I someone got stalemated because I did not have my Bachelors degree at my time, graduated with it the following semester. A lot of skills testing went on. My only real complaint with the skills testing was somewhat personal. There will be an extensive assessment on your comprehension of Microsoft Office. Turns out Microsoft Excel functions on a Mac and PC are vastly different, I have a Mac and they test for Windows. I felt this gave a very inaccurate comparision of my Excel skills.

Question 1
Focused a lot on customer service related questions. Seems to be a position heavily rooted in customer service.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Kenosha, WI) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied and a couple days later received a phone call from HR to come in for an interview. I had to take two online personality tests (went fast, one was about 75 Qs and the other was 28 Qs), one test which to me seemed like it was for Sales (50Qs), and one written test (short hand) - ALL before I even stepped in the place. Then once there I had to take two more timed assessment tests 4 mins each, one was a # sequence (2,4,6,?,?), the other was a match the numbers (696691 and 696961). After that I finally met with the HR Recruiter. He was very nice and asked some questions about what I did, how much I made now, my schooling, etc. He had a very laid back vibe.

Question 1
Tell me about your work history? Why do you want to leave your current role? How much do you make now and what do you except to make? more questions about school. No questions about what would you do in this situation,.... Maybe that was for the next round.
