I applied online. I interviewed at Uline in Jun 2021
Interview
It has 2 short tests and 1 face to face interview. Short tests are hand writing tests. Short test mainly test the sense of the numbers. Short test is very short.
The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Uline (Milton, ON)
Interview
Found the process a bit weird, they made us do a number assessment (nothing related to the job) and the questions were asked in a big warehouse with other candidates interviewing beside you with no barriers in between. It made the interview hard to hear and respond to with all the extra noise. The questions were kind of odd as well, and it appears that the interviewer was out of touch with the newer degrees and programs being offered. Luckily I found a job elsewhere because I didn’t get the best vibe at this place.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline in May 2020
Interview
I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone screen. The interview was very...unusual. One of the first questions the interviewer asked me where I went to high school and if I was born in the US (I wasn't - also, keep in mind one of the job specs was to be bilingual). 4 weeks later I get an auto-rejection - given what I've read about Uline's 'culture', I wasn't at all surprised. Also, what they told me was that basically this position isn't actually a credit analyst position, it's more of a sales position where you'll be on the phone all day.

Question 1
So, where did you go to high school? Ok, but you were born here?
