Uline Customer Support Director interview questions

I was brought in for an interview for one position and then they started talking about another area of the company. When asked about what position would be available in that department, it didn't sound like there was an open position, only that they wanted to have me speak to that management team. It felt like they were always interviewing for every position which was a waste of my time and certainly didn't make me want to work for them.
