Uline Intern interview questions

The interview process was very long and overdone. They claim it helps bring in the best talent but I know very smart people that were immediately disinterested because of the extensive testing. They make you take 3 tests that take over an hour each. When I arrived on site for my job interview I had to take 2 more tests. By the time I was actually able to speak to someone I had spent more than 6 hours on taking exams only. The interviewers seemed unprepared and unprofessional. They lacked solid questions and seemed to only want to have a conversation about things other than your experience. I thought this could be a tactic to get to know the candidates but it just ended up feeling like a waste of time.

The interview process was time-consuming and over-the-top. They required multiple rounds of interviews, including an in-person interview. During the entire process, I had to take extensive exams that were extremely time-consuming. In the end, I probably ended up spending 5 hours taking assessments. I got a weird feeling from the company; their President seems extremely involved and controlling. Also, I received a rejection email over a week later that was impersonal and from "Uline Careers" not even a person I connected with.
