I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI)
Interview
Very down to earth recruiters, did not advance past recruiter call but learned a lot about uline from the call, including personal experiences at the company. Cannot speak on common criticisms of the company, also can't speak to the actual work being done
HR call initially, followed by an On-Campus interview. After this, they had an on-site visit with four back-to-back interviews, as well as a tour of the company and its warehouses.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process is subpar once you hop onto a call with the recruiter for a behavioral interview it seems to be going good and they ask you questions about your experience and what you are experienced with. They mostly mention a lot of different technologies you should be familiar with. I say it is average because they said they would get back within a week and I thought i did good in the interview but I had to follow up with them like a month after for a response.

Interview
15 minute call, then scheduled a day to go to headquarters where they give you details about Uline's history and work life. Then you do 4 back-to-back 30 minute interviews to end the day.
