I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was as everyone describes. 4 assesment before your first interview and two more wonderlic tests day of interview. Just psychological/socialogical test, they are trying to find candidates that can be their drones. Had a second interview with Building Manager, he was great. But really robotic setup, like they do these all the time. By the amount of posting they have and how many people they deny you can see this is all a waste of time. They are like drones. The first interviewer was asking questions and writing while I answered and at no time did she ever look down. She kept looking at me, it was kinda creepy.
Just seems that they continually go thru the motions so that they have someone that they can plug in when someone leaves. The process is too rigorous for the positions, and like I said they are looking for personalities that can handle being one of their drones.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL ONLY SAY NO!

Interview
There are two steps in total. First step is phone call from HR for pre screening to enquire and confirm about job application. After few days, received call for next round and the final round happened in office with Hiring manager and HR.

Interview
You must do 4 online assesments prior to your interview. This is followed by numbers assessments, a group interview, and then individual interviews. All of these interviews are pretty standard fare. The numbers assessments aren't hard. The pre-interview assessments cover a variety of topics.
Two short numerical quizzes, 4 minutes each, followed by one on one interview with a member of HR. Good process to discover if candidates have potential to work within the warehouse.
