I was contacted soon after I submitted my application and scheduled for a phone interview. I had to take 2-3 assessments prior to the interview. The recruiter was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I was called in for an in person interview with two managers. I had to take three more assessments before the interview--Word, Excel, and Access. When I got to the interview, I had to take two hand-written and timed assessments having to do with numbers and number patterns. Person who timed me was emotionless. Like a robot. Craziest process ever. When I spoke to the first manager, he admitted the assessments have not changed in 13 years. He was professional and asked good questions. The hiring manager interviewed me separately. She didn't have any questions written down and asked me a few off the cuff. For such an organized and structured company, this surprised me. It was like she already knew she didn't want to hire me before she even met me. I was informed a few days later I was not moving on in the interview process. I have experience that really matches the job, so I asked for feedback but was told it was company policy not to give it.
