I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Uline in Feb 2019
Interview
Met at career fair.
Did the sales / math / Meyers Brigg assessments online.
Had an HR interview.
Was processed to next round with a PM. I had to remind HR of this.
Straight forward and an average interview process. I went in unprepared but anyone that had some time to prep would have done well. They don't do anything special besides have a normal interview.
