Phone interview with HR that I thought went well, then was asked to take online assessments, after the assessments was sent an email that I was no longer being considered for the position. If you are going to simply deny someone based off of an online assessment then it's not a company I would want to work for.

Went over your resume, questioning what I did etc.
Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Strengths and Weaknesses - What are they and how do you navigate them.
Horrible Bosses, You're simply another number to cut off once they figure out they can save money by loading more work onto your coworker. Job security is not a thing you'd get here

You can't ask about the Job culture as that's "Not" work-related
Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
