I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Irving, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
As everyone has mentioned, there are three at home assessments that take less than a hour. Two 4 minute assessments when you arrive for hr interview. In total, I had 4 in person interviews and a few days after the last interview, I received an generic automated rejection in the middle of the night. For all the comments I heard about being old school, a littler more personalized rejection would have been nice. Especially considering the time I spent invested attending the in person interviews. (One was a zoom call in the conference room)
Went okay. 2 tests followed by interview with HR manager. 1 test was pattern recognition for a pattern and another was a series of saying if two numbers matched. Interview was focused on my resume and history and motivations. Was okay
