After a brief interview with a corporate recruiter, you are subjected to a battery of tests. Time management, number recognition, personality test, writing test, and Microsoft Access tests. These tests can mean more to the company than the actual interview. In some cases, if you do very well on the Excel and Access tests, you may be hired based on your scores for a different position.
The 1 on 1 interview process is a little ridiculous. Scheduling is very disorganized, and sometimes they bring in people to interview you that had no idea that they'd be giving an interview that day. I had to come back 3 different times. Other opportunities to get hired if the original hiring manager or HR turns you down, because the president doesn't trust their judgement at times, so she'll have others look through rejected resumes.
