Interview
Applied online. Got called to schedule an interview the same day I applied. Scheduled for the following week. Started with 8 other applicants. Took two numbers tests and got called individually to interview. Interviewed with current employee, went really well. Got invited to take two more tests (spelling and typing). Scored 87% and 91% respectively. Interview next with Customer Service Manager, which also went well. Next, I was invited to do a side-by-side to listen in on a few calls to get an idea of the experience. Lastly, met with one more woman, who told me that there was a training class beginning next month and that they would pass my information back to HR and I should hear back by the following week. Made it sound like I was in. After not hearing anything for a week, I called HR and left a message. Received a rejection email the following morning. Very disappointing after spending 3 hours interviewing, taking and acing 4 tests, and then waiting 7 days before hearing anything.

Interview
The initial screening was a bit overboard, indicating a very busy hr Dept. The phone interview was not out of the norm. They seem very proud of who they are, and are driven to find the right fit. A different philosophy boasting a commendable salary.

Interview
Applied online, called next day to set up a phone interview (since I'm away at school). Required to complete several assessments online prior to the interview. These assessments were a complete and utter waste of my precious time. The whole process of doing all the assessments took well over 3 hours. One of them was an assessments of how well you know the sales process, which I do know very well, but sales is totally unrelated to this job function.
After I originally applied, I came here to look at the interview reviews. I was worried it would turn out the same way all the rest of the reviews for this position say, but I just decided to go for it anyways. Safe to say... it was just like the rest of the reviews. Interview went really well, in my opinion, and thought I had a chance. A couple days pass and I get the email saying they are "pursuing other candidates." I'm sure they aren't. I was highly qualified and had past experience in warehousing functions. I certainly agree with everyone else that they are for some reason just wasting time and effort with HR interviewing for this position but it will never be filled.
