Interview
Very long interview process that had multiple steps to be finished before coming in for the in-person interview. They almost immediately call you after you apply for the position online and set you up with a in-person interview within the next few days. You must complete a 4/5step online assessment that included personality, sales and customer service aptitude, and memo-writing familiarity. The day of the interview, you are also asked to complete 2 brief numbers assessment tests that are both timed. (The trick is to get as many correct, not as many done as possible). Then they seat you in a private interview room. I asked how many of these trainee positions do they fill, and she said it's "rolling" so depending on how quickly and how many graduate from the training program but in total they only have 19-20 at a time in this program and most likely train or promote from within but interview outsiders anyway to possibly keep the HR department busy.

Interview
Interview process was horrible. A lot of people applying for the job all taking a test and most do not pass. Manager did not know square footage of warehouse and could not give me a turn over rate.

Interview
Completed two math comprehension worksheets. When your group is done then call you to stand alongside all of the tables full of people still doing the assessments and “interview” you. They don’t care about the position that you are applying for and they told me that no one gets hired for anything except for the general labor positions until after 1 year. Ridiculous. I asked the girl who “interviewed” me to clarify and she told me that they won’t hire for any position aside from that which is why everyone’s applications they just told us to write “warehouse” on and not the actual position we were looking at. What a joke company! Huge waste of time all together. These “open positions” are all just frauds. Here I was a duel major tons of beneficial experience and they told me I could be a general warehouse worker among the rest of these very unkempt looking workers! Yeah right!
