I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Racine, WI)
Interview
Never even felt like I had a chance. The lady who interviewed me seemed incredibly uninterested in what I had to say and at the very beginning asked if there were any other jobs I was interested in. This made me feel like I wasnt even being considered for the role I was interviewing for.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Uline (New York, NY) in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied on linked in. A couple days later I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a 10 minute screening interview. I think I was just asked why I was interested in the job. She told me she would reccomend me for an interview and I would hear something no matter what in a week. I was not contacted for a month. I then had to take 4 different tests. As I lived in Michigan at the time and the job was in Wisconsin I had a half hour zoom interview. This was another screening interview with a recruiter. They told me a little about the job and asked about why I wanted to work at uline. Again I was told I'd hear within 2 weeks if I made it to the next round. Yet again another month went by. Finally I was invited for a all day in person interview a month later. I drove through 3 states during a pandemic for this interview. This in person interview was with 3 people each one a separate half hour interview. I also had to take 2 more tests. 2 out of the 3 managers had told me they liked me and I was either going to work in a different department or there's. They just needed the owner to sign off. I was told once again I would hear back in 2 weeks. After waiting a month and following up with the first recruiter I talked via email I got a stereotypical HR email letting me know I did not get the position.

Question 1
what experience do you have from your college courses that would be relevant in this job?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Aug 2013
Interview
A phone interview. An interview with an HR rep. A Microsoft Office exam following the interview. A follow up interview with marketing manager. Then they never contacted me again. Apparently they didn't even have a job available. The posts online are feelers. Not a great environment from what I saw. Formal business attire even when you're not client facing.
