Uline Material Handler interview questions

The interview process consists of goong into a conferenece room to take 2 assessment tests along with 6 other people. Then I was interviewed by 2 different people and finally introduced to the manager who took me on a small tour of the warehouse. EVERYONE starts out as a picker/packer and you basically have to work your way up from there. I was told that I would receive a call in about 5 business days but I received an email on a Saturday morning (3 days after thr interview) stating that I was not chosen to proceed in the hiring process.

Mass interview, several wonderlic tests administered to test number recognition, one on one interviews then with warehouse team members reading off of a script. Very loud and hard to focus in an active warehouse.
