Introduction at a career fair led to an initial 30 minute behavioral in-person interview. Follow up was scheduled soon after. They outsourced testing for Word, Excel, and Access (2010 version), and aptitude testing via Jung/Myers-Briggs, a sales test, a very short writing sample, and a personality test. Second interview was an hour and a half with two members of the development teams, an IT manager, and two IT/HR people. Responses were quick.
