Once sending my resume to Uline, I heard from them within a week or so. I was dealing with an out of state hiring manager who travelled to PA for a length of time to hire. This made it quite inconvenient as she went back to her home state before I had started working so my point of contact changed halfway through the hiring process. Once I went in for my first interview, I had to take two tests before seeing the hiring manager. One test was a simple math test where you had to solve basic addition and subtraction problems in a minute's time. The other gave you a series of numbers where you had to circle the series that corresponded with the main set of numbers (matching them), again it was do as many as possible in a minute with no errors. I finally saw the hiring manager and she asked me basic interview questions about work experience and such. She thanked me and sent me on my way. A week later I got called back for a second interview where I was answering questions from three different hiring managers. Again there were no off the wall questions. Once this was done, I was escorted around the building for a tour. I received a call the next day to negotiate salary and took a background and drug test. I started two weeks later once both cleared.
