Uline Warehouse Manager interview questions

It was strange, I think this company is running a scam of some kind to get federal money, job posting have been up for years? Weird instructions about not coming in early to interview, to wear shirt and tie (which I did) and seemed cult like atmosphere. Took 2 common sense test which I aced, and sat in folding chairs face to face with interviewer with 20 other interviews happening 2 feet away.
