I applied online for the position. Soon after, I was contacted by someone from hr at Uline via email and asked to fill out an application form to bring with me, along with my resume, to the interview. An interview date was set. I arrived and was asked to wait. I was the only person waiting to be interviewed. After about 15-20 minutes the person in charge of the interview process told me we would start with a test. It was about patterns if I remember correctly and they were 2, and only lasted a few minutes. After that came the interview, which also didnt last long. Only routine questions were asked, and after I was informed I was a good candidate for the position and someone should contact me by Friday, at the earliest, Monday the latest. On Saturday I was told that the managers in charge of selecting the candidates were looking for at least 6-7 years of prior experience at another warehouse position with the same company so they know I won't quit the job unexpectedly. The position I interviewed was an entry level position, so I didnt understand the logic behind the answer I was given. I was told that at least 500 people had applied for the same position.
