Interview
First, you will be required to fill a short application form online during which you upload your CV and motivation letter according to the specific track you want to follow (Research, Logistics, Marketing, etc). Then, you will do a personality test in the form of games to assess your logic and quantitative skills. At the end of this stage, you get an immediate assessment report, this does not guarantee that you have qualified for the next stage. To qualify for
the next stage which is a pre-recorded online interview, you shall be invited by email. The final stage is the "open day" or something like that. This normally would happen in the company and you would be presented with activities like you would have on a normal work day in Unilever.

Contains an online recorded video interview of 5 questions, 2 minutes of answering with 30 seconds of preparation. The second stage was a test of characteristics through finish a game, no reasoning questions.
