I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Unilever in Dec 2015
Interview
I got a call from CAJOBSPORTAL and they introduced me to HUL. Interview happened on 18th Dec, 15. Typically what I learned was HUL is very prompt in communicating interview results and deal very professionally. However, there was no clarity on the exact job position and location at the time of interview they just said they have many open position. Interview was held in the most casual way and not just with me but with others as well. The HR ignored my calls and provide no clarity on the process. However, in January 16 they finally responded positively and asked for taking medical test and provide my documents. This process also stretched and somehow by February they gave me offer letter. However the offer seem to be one which no professional of 4 years experience will accept. It looked like a purposeful activity from HUL as this entire exercise looked like a mock interview for them with least interest to acquire any recourse. These are wide accusation but all the candidates felt the same though they were not offered any job.
I was very clear with my expectation in monetary terms from the interview date. The HR said value the profile not the money. This would have worked for a new comer but providing a 4 Year professional a 9% hike when his increment and promotion is due is too much to compromise to join. Hence I rejected.

Interview
The Interviewer asked a lot of in-depth questions to a Fresher due to which I couldn't answer them completely. They even stopped me while answering a few questions because they felt I wasn't exactly saying what they wanted.
They purposefully spoke incorrect answers to confuse me and due to which I messed up the Interview.
