Interview
There were 4 stages:
1st stage was applying through their career portal, consisting of basic background checks.
2nd stage was a series of pymetrics games. You'll receive this invitation by email.
3rd stage was a video interview hosted on Hirevue. There is time for you to prepare your responses and you can re-record your responses.
Last stage would be the Discovery Centre stage. There will be one-to-one mentoring sessions, case presentation and also a team discussion.

It was good, they asked me relevant questions with relevant experiences. They asked me to share my previous club experiences and HR internships as I was interested to work in HR. But it is sad they don't offer anyone for fulltime. I think they should disclose about how they won't hire any interns.

FGD with 4-6 people, verbal presentation, and then the selected candidate would be interviewed in the same day by the user. Focusing on previous experience + potential development and importantly the degree of alignement with the project
