I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
Great team, Great people!!!
The hiring manager contacted me directly because the HR person was away. I was invited to their office in Mississauga a few days later. Met with the hiring manager and one other senior member of an affiliated team. The hiring panel was great! Very friendly seemed like a lovely environment to be in. The team kept us word and informed of their decision within 1 week.

Tell me about yourself/projects.
What is the largest dataset you’ve worked with
Approximately one hour technical interview, ask very detailed questions about the machine learning and data science concepts. Some questions are good tests of the knowledge, but some are over-detailed. But interviewers are very unprofessional and rude, very poor experience.

About your current projects
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Jun 2023
Interview
One phone screen with the recruiter which was very short (5 min) and focused solely on salary expectations. Be prepared for this because I was not and ended up disclosing more information about previously salary than I should have. Following that were two rounds of behavioral based interviews. No technical assessment. The interviews were each one hour and felt very conversational; I enjoyed this part of the process.
