I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Róterdam) in Jul 2019
Interview
I received an email from a Finance Manager at Unilever who had found my resume in the RSM online resume bank / career website (Erasmus University Rotterdam). I had my first interview with that same manager but due to my busy schedule at school I could not accept a full time offer at the time. Later in the year I approached that manager again and asked for a second chance for another intern opening. This time I was asked to send my motivation letter and my CV to an HR contact (with a referral from the first interviewer). After a second interview with another manager I joined her team. All the people involved in my application process were very friendly and willing to help.

The process included an online application, followed by aptitude and personality assessments. Shortlisted candidates were invited for interviews, which focused on behavioral and situational questions. The final stage involved a panel interview or assessment center. The process was structured and focused on evaluating both skills and cultural fit.
One round online interview. Theoretical and scenario-based ML questions were asked. The interviewer was very friendly and comfortable. Projects were also asked to explain. Nice experience. There was no coding round.
