A headhunter passed my resume to the company, and an onsite interview was quickly scheduled. The interview took about 1 and half hours. All questions were relevant and open-end for solutions to a seudo-real problem. No silly text book questions. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and understanding. After the interview, I got the offer on the same day. The whole process was effective and fast.

Multiple phone interviews before a person to person interview with the Director (direct manager). Then additional phone interviews with the team I would be working with.
After 5 interviews in total, the company went completely dark...no communication whatsoever. Finally gave up after multiple attempts to just get an answer from them (to multiple HR contacts, to the director). Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Feel like I unknowingly dodged a bullet by not getting an offer. Do not waste your time here - not for someone that values integrity.
