Interview
Verizon Data Services India being a 100% owned subsidy of india came to our college for the CSE/ECE/EEE branches but in the end, gave only 12 offers (mostly to the CSE grads) out of about 120 people who were eligible for the offer. The criterion for offer was a 7 GPA throughout school and at college.
The process started with a presentation followed by a test, which tested quants, analytics and technical, with sectional cut offs in each of the above sections. Then came the interviews which was a group technical followed by a one to one HR interview. The interviews were basic and the recruiters were cordial and polite, in the end it was the Verizon brand which landed it the amount of applications.
Two technical round interview. 80% scenario based questions. HR discussion will be started once technical interviews get completed. HR will explain the process and package details. Once they received all the documents, they will release the offer letter if the candidate is fine with the offer.
Over all a good experience not tough great but there should be proper communication from starting stages. Got better offer from another company so didn't accepted this offer. Interview process is difficult
