The interview was a combinations of HR required situational questions, a review of my previous performance and light social conversations about the company. HR had provided me with a template on how to prepare the numbers that would describe my sales performance

Everything is canned so it is the same for all applicants. They followed the STAR method: Tell me about a SITUATION or TASK at a previous job, the ACTION you took and the RESULTS.

The interview was quite difficult as it requires multiple processes. The hiring managers are helpful in guiding and preparing for the interview. Overall experience with the process is rated 4 out of 5 for lack of transparency in what the role entails.

Not too much pressure and overall a laid back interview. Knowing your stuff and being prepared is key. The process if getting hired from the outside can take some time
