I attended a panel interview where we went over my current sales numbers. I was asked about my work history and what my future goals are as well as how I would handle certain situations.

Everything is canned so it is the same for all applicants. They followed the STAR method: Tell me about a SITUATION or TASK at a previous job, the ACTION you took and the RESULTS.

The interview was quite difficult as it requires multiple processes. The hiring managers are helpful in guiding and preparing for the interview. Overall experience with the process is rated 4 out of 5 for lack of transparency in what the role entails.

How did you resolve interpersonal disagreements between team members?
Not too much pressure and overall a laid back interview. Knowing your stuff and being prepared is key. The process if getting hired from the outside can take some time
