You take A test. If you pass it....you stay for the interview. Your interviewed by two people. They ask a ton.of.questions and THEY decide if they like u or not.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had an irate customer . What did you do and how did you resolve.the issue?
Recruiter reaches out and later with a manager you do roleplay scenarios. This was a week or two before speaking to an actual manager. They get to know you some more.
Easy and straight foward. This review was requested by glassdoor. I have no much to say about the interview process. Beside this i had great experience and learns a lot.
Make sure you’re well dressed and prepared they like that don’t forget seriously and go look up questions to be prepared. The more prepared you look the more you stand out from the rest of people
