I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was an online interview, but not a skype interview. I had to record myself answering the questions which was very weird and awkward. You had the opportunity to re-record an answer, but they would know if you did and strongly encouraged against it. It was strange because you didn't get any feedback from another person.
