Interview was straightforward. First it was over the phone and then second in person with the hiring manager/general manager of the store I’d be placed at if I got the job, which I did. Just need to be confident and know how to sell to someone. They’re big on acting out scenarios and asking questions about hypothetical situations/sells/difficult customers etc

They asked me to try to sell them a phone with a phone plan that suited my needs
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

What would you do if you saw a team member adding perks to a customers account but not disclosing what they were adding?
First time it was with a recruiter via phone, then I interviewed with the store manager via video call. A couple days later they sent me an offer, then a background check, then I was cleared to start
