I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WSP (Toronto, ON) in May 2019
Interview
Interview was straightforward. Asked a couple of technical questions and then some behavioral questions. Some of the questions asked for experience in the field, others asked for experience in project management and handling multiple tasks.

I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at WSP (Melbourne) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was called by an HR person in Sydney 6 months after I applied for the role. She wanted to set up an interview with the hiring manager in Melbourne and said she'd get back to me with details. One month later, I get a call with interview details.
I was interviewed by the hiring manager and a senior enviro scientist. It was a very corporate setting, as you would expect.
At the end of the interview, we discovered that HR had given them a resume from a job I had applied for 2 years earlier and as such they didn't have all of my employment history.
They told me it would be a two week wait before they would make a decision. It has now been over a month and I have yet to get a phone call to inform me of the outcome (I've had a better job offer since, so I didn't bother chasing it).
