I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2017
Interview
Well usually, you apply and then get a phone interview however, I was referred by an employee referral and got a telephone call to set up an interview, the confirmation which was by email. The interview consist of a panel of four interviewers asking questions touching on different aspects such behavioural, technical etc. The entire interview process was conducted in a very relaxed atmosphere with a keen interest on what you have to say and the skills and experiences you are bringing in into the company
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic familiar questions were asked such as what do you know about the company and then tell me about yourself before asking a bit of technical questions to get a feel of the kind of technical work you have personally performed.
Was good, people was nice, had a great coversation. Nothing was too odd. No technical question. All behaviour question. Good day and nice weather. I don't have any bad opiion.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at WSP (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Pretty good and friendly with everything and helped explain a lot about the company and what really goes on and how to cope and work more but the office did not really look nice 😊
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2024
Interview
Mid, barely cared, hard to impress, stuck up, and were very late to the interview. They made me feel very small and were inconsistent with questions. Did not feel like i was applying for a top company
